Repaired my RepMan and printed a Bath Plug!

Repairing:

I received the PTFE insulators from Bits From Bytes for free (Thanks guys!) and repaired my RepMan.This time I used a lathe to drill the holes exactly as described in the manual.

When bending the extruder head to much my thermistor wire broke. I couldn't solder it because it would melt, so I just made a knot around the end of the remaining thermistor wire and cramped it.

I fired it up and noticed the PTFE is bending again. However, it is rather stable...

Printing:

Recently I needed a bath plug and *pling*!: "Why not print one?" And so I did.
